We are active in a total of six different areas. These include Graphic Design, Animation, Web Development, Video Editing, Photo- & Videography and Concepts. In these areas, we offer creation either as a quick “Fast & Easy Media Solution”, individual “Tailored Creative Product” or conceptual “Strategic Brand Development”. Where do I place an order?

How does the collaboration process work?

Once you have sent us your order request, we will get back to you as quickly as we can (approx. 1 – 2 days) to discuss further details. Once we have exchanged all required information, we will send you an offer which has to be signed. After that, our communication process begins and we will actively provide you with regular updates on your order.

What are the exact delivery times and prices?

We do not generally provide exact delivery times and prices publicly, as we can only guarantee this on an individual basis depending on the complexity of the project. If you make an inquiry, we will send you all the needed information before we begin with your order.

Who is my contact person during a project?

Your contact person is always the person you initially communicate with regarding your order via Email or Social Media Platforms. If there is any change during the process, you will be informed by the responsible person and redirected in a smooth and straightforward manner.

How flexible are you with change requests?

We are legally obliged to properly follow up on change requests and always strive to provide our customers with a product tailored to their needs. Therefore, we offer the possibility to make changes to your order at any time throughout the entire process. Which terms of payment apply?

Our standard payment term is 14 days after receipt of your order/invoice. Larger projects must be partially paid in advance before our work begins, you can find further details in our Terms and Conditions. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal (subject to an additional fee).

How do I receive my order after completion?

Once your order is completed, you will receive a link to our own secure, privacy-compliant cloud system. This link will be available for 30 days. Please note that it is your own responsibility to ask any follow-up questions and to download the files within this timeframe.
