Cancellation and Refund Policy
Since our services consist of individually created digital content (e.g. designs, animations, graphics), specific legal provisions apply to the right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB):
1. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
According to Section 356 (5) BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal for clients does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier, if:
the company has begun performance of the contract after the client has expressly consented to the company commencing performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
the client has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of the contract performance.
This consent is given upon confirmation with the offer provided by us via text or document, which must be accepted by the customer before the start of an order.
2. Custom Production and Customer Communication
Once the order is confirmed, the individual production process begins. During this time, we maintain close communication with our clients to accommodate change requests wherever possible. After completion of the project, we offer our clients the opportunity to request minor adjustments to the final version for up to 7 days after delivery. These post-delivery changes are offered once and without a binding delivery deadline; in exceptional cases, multiple rounds of adjustments may be granted. However, a complete redesign of the product is excluded.
3. Confirmation on a Durable Medium
Immediately before or after payment, customers receive an order confirmation/invoice via email (a durable medium), including all legally required information pursuant to Section 312f BGB.
4. Delay in Service Delivery
If it is likely or certain that the delivery of our digital services cannot be completed within the timeframe stated in the offer or invoice (in accordance with Section 271 (2) BGB), please contact our support team or your designated point of contact without delay. In such a case, you have the following options:
Receive appropriate compensation,
If a grace period also expires without fulfillment: withdraw from the contract and request of a full refund, in accordance with Section 323 BGB.
