Authenticity of ratings

Every customer review on our website is checked for authenticity before publication to ensure that reviews are only submitted by customers who have actually purchased or used the reviewed products/services.

The verification process takes place:

• By allowing a review to be approved only after the user has logged into a registered customer account where a purchase has been recorded.
• Through an additional manual check, in which the review is compared with the order history of the respective product to make a prior purchase a necessary requirement for publication.
